Following is a “Top 7″ template to have you writing articles easily and FAST.

Top 7 (Tips/Steps/Strategies/Insights/Secrets) To (…Desire) For (…your market)

e.g.

Top 7 Tips To (Save Money) For (Business Start-Ups)

Top 7 Secrets To (Serving A Gourmet Meal in a Flash) For (Busy Mums)

Introduction paragraph:

Why – does your audience need this information or why do they need this knowledge? Describe their pain or current situation.

Paragraph 2:

What – List your 7 tips. Once you’ve listed them, write a brief, concise explanation of no more than 3 sentences for each one.

Tip # 1:

Tip # 2:

Tip # 3:

Tip # 4:

Tip # 5:

Tip # 6:

Tip # 7:

How – would these tips be implemented and be of value or create desired change? Include a quote, metaphor, short story or case study.

What if – A short paragraph to conclude as you explain how your audience’s future would benefit if these tips were followed.

“Imagine your family’s delight when they sit at the dinner table, expecting heated fish fingers and peas, and instead feast their eyes on the scrumptious meal you put together in thirty minutes. Your children smile up at you as they realise that now you’ll have time to play with them after all.”

Resource Box:

It’s best to keep your articles between 400 and 600 words.  People are busy and want clear, succinct information, so avoid any “fluff”.
